Bellevue, WA is home to some of the world’s largest technology companies and is located across Lake Washington from Seattle to the east. The population is 151,854 according to the 2020 Census.

It’s Downtown Park near Bellevue Square shopping center has a large lawn, gardens, a waterfall and water features. Nearby, the Bellevue Arts Museum features craft and design exhibitions, plus a sculpture garden. The Bellevue Botanical Garden highlights Pacific Northwest plants and includes woodlands and wetlands.

The city is served primarily by the Bellevue School District and portions of Bellevue also lie within the boundaries of Lake Washington School District, Renton School District and Issaquah School District. At the higher education level the city is home to Bellevue College, part of the Washington Community and Technical Colleges system.
